Is the Neighborhood Health Fair free?

Yes, the event is free and open to the public.
 

Where should I park?
Free parking is available at 26 Queen Street for all of our sponsors, vendors, and attendees. Parking is limited, so please consider walking or carpooling is possible.

SPONSORS AND VENDORS​​

​What time should I arrive?

Vendor and sponsor table set-up begins at 9:30am. We recommend that you are ready by 10:30am, as many of our attendees arrive early.
 

Where should I park?
Free parking is available at 26 Queen Street for all of our sponsors, vendors, and attendees. A member of our security staff may stop you when you arrive. Please let them know you are a sponsor, and the name of your organization if asked. To expedite the parking process, you will receive a parking permit prior to the event that you will be asked to place on the dashboard of your vehicle before you arrive.

Where will I be seated? Do I need to bring my own table?
Each organization will have an assigned table with a sign waiting for you. An 8-foot table with 2 chairs will be provided for each sponsor. (Note: Diamond sponsors will receive 2 tables and 4 chairs.) Tables and chairs will be located under tents. There will be 3 tents of sponsor tables and volunteers (wearing Family Health Center t-shirts) will be available to help you locate your spot.

Is there food available?

The Queen Street Cafe is located inside the lobby of the health center. We welcome our sponsors and vendors to purchase lunch in the cafe.
